What you’ll do.
You’ll be a core member of our lean finance team, partnering closely with leaders across the business to help Spot AI scale efficiently and intelligently.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to support planning and decision-making
Own revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance insights across multiple revenue streams
Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario analysis
Support management reporting, board materials, and executive dashboards with clear, actionable insights
Evaluate unit economics, ROI, and investment tradeoffs through ad-hoc analysis
Help design and improve scalable, automated FP&A processes as the company grows
What you bring to this role.
4–6 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, banking, or consulting
Experience in high-growth, fast-changing environments; startup or venture-backed SaaS and/or HaaS experience is a plus
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience or exposure to managing or implementing modern financial planning software (i.e. Mosaic, Abacum, Drivetrain, Planful)
Comfort working with imperfect data and evolving assumptions
Ability to execute independently while knowing when to ask for input
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, thoughtful work
Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to translate numbers into insights
A collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills
Compensation and benefits.
Annual Base Salary Range: $120k - $150k. This salary range reflects the Bay Area. If you are the selected candidate, the final offer will be based on your demonstrated skills and competencies for the role.
